• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• At least 3 years VA/BPO experience
• Cold calling experience preferred, not required
• Close to American accent/neutral accent
• Computer literate
• Comfortable in using MS office and Google apps
• Amenable to working at night
• NO attendance issues
• Willing to be cross trained with other tasks
• No existing clients
• Fixed weekend off
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• At least i5 processor based computer, 8GB of ram (Windows10/11)
• USB headset and webcam for meetings
• Have reliable and high-speed internet connection of at least 10mbps.
• Backup data connection
